THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDIOTNS RELATE TO ACCOMMODATION AT THE FIG TREE ONLY
To confirm a booking, we require a deposit of 50% of your total accommodation rate. The remaining balance is payable on arrival.
For all peak season bookings, a deposit of the full amount is required when making a booking.
Payments: We accept payment made by credit cards, by bank transfer or with cash. We accept all major credit cards. Payments made with an Amex will incur a surcharge of 3.5%.
Cancellations:
Written cancellation must be provided 60 (sixty) days prior to your arrival date for full refund less $65 administration fee.
If a cancellation is received within 60 (sixty) days, refund of your payment is subject to a confirmed re-booking of the property less $65 administration fee.
For all Peak season bookings (Christmas & New Year period, Easter, Public and School holidays and Special Events) written cancellation must be received 60 (sixty) days prior to arrival otherwise your deposit is non refundable. In the instance of a no show, the full amount for your accommodation will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel any booking and provide a full refund if unforeseen circumstances arise.
For all cancellations, a non-refundable admin fee of $65 will be charged.
On Check-in: A bond is required to cover any incidental costs.
For all Low and Mid season bookings, a credit card imprint is required on arrival and a bond of $500 will be taken in the form of a pre-authorized payment.
For all Peak season bookings, a credit card imprint is required on arrival and a bond of $1000 will be taken in the form of a pre-authorized payment
Any incidentals will need to be paid for in full.
Check-in is available from 2pm.
Check out time is 10am.
Late checkouts can be arranged and confirmed 1 day prior to your departure date, pending availability. 12pm late check outs are free of charge. From 12pm a charged of $35 per hour applies.
Number of Persons Booked: Linen and towels are provided for the number of guests booked. The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons shown on your confirmation. Any increase in numbers must be agreed in advance, prior to your arrival and may incur an additional fee.
Location & Directions:
*Coming from the North (Gold Coast, Brisbane and other): Take the Byron Bay Turn Off from the Highway. Approximately 1 Kilometre ahead, turn right into McGettigans Lane (Ewingsdale). Take the second left into Sunrise Lane and you will find the Fig Tree Restaurant and Rooms on your left.
*Coming from the center of town, head towards the highway down Ewingsdale road, Pass the BP station on your right and approximately 1 kilometer ahead, you will find McGettingans Lane on your left. Take a left and approx. 1 kilometer ahead, you’ll find Sunrise lane on your left (it is the second street . The Fig Tree Restaurant and Rooms will be on your left.
